In this 5th lecture I will combine the principles of sourcing and directing with Crowdsourcing as the 4th generation sourcing solution. Social Media supports the organizational change and will support crowdsourcing and personal leadership. It also provives information about the mood and opinion during the transition. At Hanze University we are setting up a Social Media Lab in which we analyse this social media data to find trend information and mood data. Furthermore I will talk about leadership as a principle for leading crowdsourcing and change. This lecture is the last in a series of 6. Lecture 6 will be the repetition.
